New leakage will automatically be dealt with at one of our daily return inspections. 1. Tell us who your insurance agent is, if applicable, so we can contact them and get a line of communication started.
2. Remove everything possible from wet areas. Area rugs, bath mats, clothing, anything that’s wet that can be removed from the building, should be removed ASAP.   Be sure to check in closets, leather goods get moldy quick in a dark, damp closet.
3. Begin Ventilation. Turn all the bathroom vent fans ON.
4. Remove all breakables from tables, cabinets, etc. in the effected area so furniture can be moved safely.
5. If most of the room is wet, all of the furniture in the room will have to be removed. Remove what you can, we’ll move the rest and carefully return it once everything is dry.
6. Where possible, stay out of effected areas once restoration has begun.
7. Leave the rest to Carpet Chemist. We’ll have everything clean, dry, and back in place in a jiffy!  Complete SPEED DRYING, cleaning and restoration can take from 2to 5 days.
