Final, firm pricing depends on actual Rooms Size, Fiber Type & Style, Soil Level, Wear, Stains, Furniture Moved, etc. usually done at time of cleaning during our pre-inspection. “Permanent” type stains such as Pet Stains, Red Stains, Bleached Spots, Rust, Tar, Wax, Gum, Make-Up, etc. will be Priced Separately. Before we begin any job, we always do a thorough Pre-Inspection so we can double-check all estimates in person. This must be done before any pricing is official. Please Note: All areas to be cleaned should be thoroughly vacuumed prior to our cleaning. Be sure to check under any furniture to be moved for toys, popcorn, etc. We’re happy to vacuum, it’s just not included in our normal cleaning pricing.
